CNNMoney: Frozen-yogurt chain Pinkberry has received a $27.5 million boost from Starbucks founder Howard Schultz's venture capital firm, Maveron.

Pinkberry was launched two years ago by Shelly Hwang and Young Lee in West Hollywood. The company now has 33 locations throughout New York and Los Angeles.
