Coney Beach signs Fla., Middle East expansion deal

TULSA, Okla — Beautiful Brands International has announced an agreement to expand its Coney Beach brand into parts of Florida and into regions of the Middle East including Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

The Middle East agreement is between Beautiful Brands and the Jawad Business Group (JBG), a company that represents more than 100 brands in the Persian Gulf, including Papa Johns, Chili's, and Burger King. Coney Beach will be the group's second fast-casual venture behind Camille's Sidewalk Café.

The agreements reached in Florida and others pending in California, Oklahoma, and Texas represent Coney Beach's growth-potential, domestically. The first Florida location is slated to open in Tampa.
