Sweet Peppers Deli expands into Tenn., Miss.

COLUMBUS, Miss. — Sweet Peppers Deli has announced its expansion into Mississippi and Tennessee.

Four counties were purchased by Andrew Mattiace and Mike Beacham of the Jackson, Miss.-based Mattiace Restaurant Company. Dyersburg, Tenn., will mark the company's first location, with a set opening date of Dec. 10, 2007. Hinds, Rankin and Madison counties in Mississippi also will be developed by Mattiace Restaurants.

Sweet Peppers Deli features a menu of salads, soups, signature sandwiches, panini and wraps and offers a combination of counter and table service.
