SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — The founders of Noodles Development LP, operator of the Nothing but Noodles restaurant chain, have announced the introduction of an area director program designed to grow the brand.
Duties required of the area director include recruiting new franchise owners within his area-development territory and providing ongoing support and assistance to franchise owners in the area of site selection.
The area director will receive a portion of all franchise fees and a percentage of the royalties collected from the stores in his territory. While the director is a smaller version of the franchisor, Noodles Development will overlook general business practices and continuously provide necessary training and instruction.
Seventeen Nothing but Noodles locations are open across the United States.
