Firehouse Subs promotes John Raulerson

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Firehouse Subs has announced the promotion of John L. Raulerson to director of technical services.

Raulerson, who has been with the company for a year, previously was manager of quality assurance and research and development. He continues to manage all product development and food quality in his new role.

As director of technical services, Raulerson's focus includes conducting tests for new menu items, inspecting all restaurant equipment and accompanying processes and ensuring equipment performance standards are met. Additionally, Raulerson coordinates supplier and distribution audits and reporting, and develops food safety programs.

Raulerson is a graduate of the University of Florida with a bachelor's degree in food science.
