The Associated Press: More than 50 franchisees and their financial backers are suing Moe's Southwest Grill and its former parent company Raving Brands over allegations of fraud and breach of contract. A lawsuit filed last week by 34 plaintiffs in federal court in Atlanta makes many of the same claims as a lawsuit filed by nearly two dozen plaintiffs in late March. No trial date has been set.
