COLUMBUS, Miss. — Ken and Brittany West, husband-and-wife team of Wild West Delis, announced plans to open their first Sweet Peppers Deli in Laurel, Miss., in mid-April. The couple plans to open two locations in Mobile County, Ala., soon after.
 
Sweet Peppers Deli offers a combination of counter and table service, and features sandwiches, soups and wraps.
 
There are 10 Sweet Peppers locations throughout Mississippi, Alabama and Tennessee with more counties under development in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina, according to a news release.
