DENVER — Spicy Pickle Franchising Inc. has announced the signing of two leases for new corporate-owned restaurant locations, both to be opened in the spring of 2008. The units will be located in downtown Denver and Fort Collins, Colo.
 
Construction has begun on the locations, which will bring the total number of company-owned restaurants to three.
  
Spicy Pickle also has announced the hiring of 17-year fast-casual veteran Mike Neil to manage the corporate-store division. Neil previously worked 17 years for Jason's Deli, and managed the chain's growth from five units to more than 100 units.
