MINNEAPOLIS — Buffalo Wild Wings Inc. has announced financial results for its fourth quarter ended Dec. 30, 2007.
For the quarter, same-store sales increased 3.4 percent at company-owned locations and 2.3 percent at franchise-owned restaurants. The increases mark a four-year trend of quarterly same-store sales increases.
For fiscal year 2007, same-store sales increased 6.9 percent at company-owned locations and 3.9 percent at franchised restaurants. For the first quarter of 2008, the company has reported a 4.1 percent comps increase at company-owned locations and 1.3 percent increase at franchised stores.
Total revenue increased 9.7 percent for the quarter, up from $83.3 million in Q4 '06 to $91.4 million. Revenue increased 18.3 percent for FY 2007, up from $278 million in 2006 to $329 million.
Net income for the fourth quarter dropped from $6.7 million in Q4 '06 to $6 million in Q4 '07. For the year, net income increased from $16.2 million in FY '06 to $19.6 million in FY '07.
Buffalo Wild Wings ended the year with 493 locations.
