CORALVILLE, Iowa — Greg Poling has joined Panchero's Mexican Grill as the chain's director of franchise sales, the company announced.
Poling joins the Panchero's team after a decade-long career with Embers America LLC and Joey's Only Franchising USA, the parent company of Joey's Seafood & Grill.
With positions ranging from director of franchise development to senior vice president of market development, Poling oversaw the process for site selection, design and construction of new restaurants. He also managed daily relationships with franchise owners in more than 600 locations and was responsible for a 36-percent increase in operating units. Poling's new position with Panchero's will draw heavily from this experience while implementing new initiatives to grow the brand.
Coralville, Iowa-based Panchero's Mexican Grill has more than 45 locations in 14 states: Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas and Wisconsin.
