BOULDER, Colo. — Electronics Line USA has announced the launch of an upgraded Remote Store Manager, powered by the ETV 5 Flex Recorder. The ETV 5 is a combined network video recorder/digital video recorder designed for multiple-location business owners.
It boasts real-time, exception-based reporting, remote access, support for traditional and/or IP (megapixel) cameras, better-than-broadcast quality images and ease-of-integration capabilities with existing information and point-of-sale infrastructure.
"This upgrade answers the security return-on-investment question by addressing enterprisewide goals in addition to common loss prevention and risk management concerns, such as employee theft and slips-and-falls," said Mike Davis, general manager, Electronics Line USA.
An integration with most point-of-sale systems allows real-time exception reporting. Captured data, when paired with audio and video, give a total snapshot of events on which a user can act immediately. The system also monitors temperature sensors and HVAC controls providing immediate notification of any specified failure.
