DENVER — Quiznos has announed the launch of its new Prime Rib Ranchero, a spicy addition to the prime rib sandwich line. The Southwest-inspired sandwich is available at Quiznos nationwide and is expected to be in stores until the end of April.
The sandwich features fire-roasted poblano peppers with smoky chipotle mayo and is layered with habanero and jalapeño pepper-jack cheese, along with slices of prime rib.
To market the sandwich, Quiznos teamed up with Cliff Freeman and Partners and actor Michael Clarke Duncan for its latest advertising campaign, "Food with a Twist." The ads feature the tag line "Love what you eat" and each advertisement is narrated by Duncan, who is known for his roles in films such as "The Green Mile" and "The Whole Nine Yards."
