• NY eateries lose calorie-posting appeal

AFP: A court has ordered fast-food restaurants in New York to start posting the calorie content of their meals after the New York State Restaurant Association lost an appeal to have the measure suspended. The Manhattan district appeal court did, however, push back the date at which restaurants could be fined for non-compliance from June 6 until July 18.
