Panera CEO, CFO to speak at stockholder meeting

ST. LOUIS — Panera Bread Co. has announced that Ron Shaich, chairman and chief executive officer, and Jeff Kip, chief financial officer, will deliver a management presentation at the company's 2008 annual meeting, to be held May 22 at 10:30 a.m. CDT at the Sheraton Clayton Plaza Hotel in Clayton, Mo.

During the presentation, Kip will report on the company's financial performance and outlook while Shaich will discuss operational aspects of the company's business. He also will answer questions from company stockholders.
