Business First of Louisville: Papa John's founder John Schnatter's latest restaurant venture, Calistoga Bakery Cafe, is slated to debut in Schnatter's hometown of Louisville, Ky., later this year.
 
Calistoga, which originated in Florida, is scheduled to open in a building that originally housed a Bennigan's restaurant.
