TULSA, OKLA — Beautiful Brands International has announced its implementation of a new POS management system, Xpient's Enterprise Data Manager (EDM), for direct data management of all its franchised locations worldwide.
"Because POS systems will update overnight, there is no pressure on a franchisee to update their terminal. It will be done for them from the corporate office," said David Rutkauskas, Beautiful Brands International founder, president and CEO. "Once a franchisee receives an e-mail from BBI announcing the roll out of a new wrap, hot dog, or frozen yogurt flavor for the respective brand, when the franchisee opens the restaurant the next morning, they'll immediately see the changes already made in their POS system."
With Xpient's POS solutions, BBI also will have the ability to troubleshoot franchisee computers worldwide from the central server location at the corporate headquarters in Tulsa, Okla.
