RICHMOND, Ky. — Zaxby's licensees Sandy Adams and Brad Kelly will open the doors to Kentucky's Madison County's first Zaxby's restaurant. The restaurant will operate from 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. The new location is the 10th for the Bluegrass State.

Zaxby's footprint includes 445 locations in 12 states — Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.
