Cosi asks consumers to 'lighten up'

DEERFIELD, Ill. — Beginning the week of Sept 8, Cosi guests will have more opportunities to make healthier choices, as the sandwich chain rolls out its "Lighten Up! Menu" at all of its restaurant locations.

The "Lighten Up! Menu" features lighter versions of some of its most popular salad and sandwich options, including Signature Salad Light, Bombay Chicken Light Salad and T.B.M. Light Sandwich, all less than 500 calories each.
