DESTIN, Fla. — Tropical Smoothie Café has created a new line of bistro sandwiches that will be available at all 275 café locations.
The sandwich menu features:
- Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad: Featuring all-white-meat chicken blended with cranberries, walnuts, celery and mayo, topped with fresh field greens, tomato and served on nine-grain wheat bread
- Wasabi Roast Beef: Featuring lean center cut roast beef and pepper jack cheese, topped with romaine leaves and Wasabi Caesar dressing, served on a toasted Ciabatta roll.
- Hummus Among Us: A vegetarian, Mediterranean-inspired sandwich featuring layers of roasted red and green peppers, hummus, provolone cheese, Parmesan tomatoes, topped with fresh basil and field greens on nine-grain wheat bread.
In addition to Parmesan tomatoes and Wasabi Caesar dressing, the bistro sandwiches come with other innovative ingredients such as Cuban-style sliced roast pork loin, tangy banana peppers and Tropical Smoothie Café's proprietary bistro sauce. Other sandwiches on the menu include the Kinda Cubano, Turkey Guacamole, New & Improved Turkey Bacon Ranch, Mambo Italiano and Ultimate Club.
