DENVER — Fast casual burger concept Smashburger has appointed Ryan McMonagle as chief financial officer, the company announced. McMonagle was formerly vice president, private equity, at Smashburger founder Consumer Capital Partners and was actively involved in the development of the concept.
 
Prior to CCP, McMonagle worked with New York-based Founders Equity. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School and received a bachelor's degree in finance and organization behavior from Southern Methodist University.
