LIVONIA, Mich. — Fast casual burger restaurant Five Guys Burgers and Fries is expanding to Michigan, with three locations slated to open within the next few months.
 
A location in Macomb, Mich., is scheduled to open in November and a location in Southfield, Mich., is scheduled to open in December. A Warren, Mich., location is scheduled to open in February 2009.
 
Franchisee BAC Holdings LLC plans to open 40 locations in Michigan within the next eight years.
