JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Firehouse Subs has named Brent Greenwood the manager of franchise development. Greenwood's focus at Firehouse Subs will include enhancing the franchise selection process, recruiting area representative and franchisee candidates and marketing the Firehouse Subs franchise opportunity at trade shows.
Greenwood's sales and franchise development experience exceeds more than 10 years. As regional director for NewVenture of Jacksonville Inc., Greenwood managed the day-to-day operations of the corporate office, which supported a network of more than 60 Jan-Pro Cleaning System franchises. He also implemented a proactive customer service campaign that resulted in an immediate 15 percent increase in customer retention. Prior to NewVenture, Greenwood served as the general sales manager for Trader Publishing in Tampa, Fla.
Greenwood graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor's degree in psychology. His office is located at Firehouse Subs corporate headquarters in Mandarin, Fla.
