SEATTLE — Organic fast casual chain Organic To Go has opened a flagship cafÃ© in Seattle, which features an open-market feel and a larger footprint than other Organic To Go CafÃ©s in the area. The new restaurant is located at 1001 Fourth Ave.

In addition to traditional Organic To Go cafÃ© offerings such as soups, sandwiches, salads and snacks, the new location also offers an expanded menu including custom organic personal pizzas, hamburgers and hot dogs, made-to-order pasta and hot or cold sandwiches, a 16-foot salad bar and an organic juice and smoothie station.
