ATHENS, Ga. — CafÃ© chain operator Jittery Joe's Franchising LLC has named Kim Collins to the post of vice president of operations.

Collins formerly served in several management positions with Baja Fresh Mexican Grill, where she oversaw aspects of the employee and management training programs, including orientations, field seminars, and classroom sessions. Collins will be responsible for development and implementation of tiered in-store employee training, development of a complete franchise resource library, development of systems for quality control assurance and franchise compliance.

Jittery Joe's operates 10 cafÃ© locations in Georgia and South Carolina, and the company's coffee is sold in Whole Foods Market stores in the Atlanta area.
