BATON ROUGE, La. — Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers has signed a lease to open its Dallas Restaurant Support Office at Legacy Business Park at 5800 Tennyson Parkway in Plano.
 
An estimated 70 people will work in the 24,000-square-foot center. Staffing will include a mix of employees relocating from Baton Rouge and others to be hired locally.
