PALMDALE, Calif. — RedBrick Pizza Worldwide Inc. has signed an agreement with master developer Johnny Lee granting Lee the right to develop up to 42 RedBrick Cafes in the San Diego area.   Lee expects to open his first franchise in the city of Carlsbad by the end of the year and then expand to La Jolla and the Gaslamp District in San Diego.
