JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Firehouse Subs has named Shane Mitchell the manager of corporate training, the company announced. Mitchell will conduct all franchisee and general manager training certification classes, develop and update all training tools and provide operational assistance to in-field and corporate-owned restaurants.
 
As a general manager for Firehouse Subs for four years, Mitchell managed the construction process, staffing and grand opening of two restaurants in Jacksonville and assisted in the reopening and management of two other restaurants.
