NEW YORK — Pinkberry will kick off its winter campaign Dec. 21, by giving New Yorkers two free Pinkberry toppings if the weather in New York dips to 18 degrees Fahrenheit. The New York promotion will conclude on Jan. 10, 2009, as part of the company's fourth anniversary, which is celebrated on that day.
New Yorkers will be able to select the toppings of their choice and are encouraged to sample the new holiday-inspired Pinkberry Pomegranate flavor.
In order for New Yorkers to redeem their two free toppings, the weather must reach 18 degrees during normal Pinkberry store hours. The temperature will be tracked using www.weather.com, according to the readings for New York, N.Y. The promotion will be valid from the time the temperature reaches 18 degrees through the end of that business day.
Pinkberry fans can sign up to receive up-to-the-minute 'Let it Swirl' news via Pinkberry's Facebook or Twitter page. All registered consumers will receive an immediate message blast from the Pinkberry team announcing that the 18 degree mark has been reached and that they can visit any New York Pinkberry location to receive two free toppings on any yogurt purchase.
