Keith Kinsey named to Noodles & Company board

BROOMFIELD, Colo. — Noodles & Company has announced the addition of Keith Kinsey to its board of directors. Kinsey currently serves as chief financial officer and chief operating officer at the company.

Kinsey joined Noodles & Company in 2005 and has more than 30 years of domestic and international operations, financial and executive experience. Prior to joining the company, he served in an operations leadership role at Chipotle and has held key management positions at Big Sky Bread, Checker's Restaurants, Kentucky Fried Chicken and McDonald's.

Under Kinsey's leadership, Noodles & Company has grown to more than a 200-unit restaurant concept with locations in 18 states. The company plans to exceed 500 restaurants in the next five years.
