DALLAS — Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers has named Layne Marshall as director of recruiting.
In this position, Marshall will manage the recruitment and employee relations for Raising Canes and will develop and implement recruiting strategies and programs to increase crew member retention for corporate and franchise locations.
Marshall brings more than 10 years of restaurant recruitment experience to Raising Cane's. She previously served as shared services recruiting manager for Brinker International where she led a team of field management recruiters and was responsible for the staffing levels of 700 corporate restaurants. Prior to that, she was a recruiter for Chili's Bar & Grill, a division employment manager for Olive Garden Restaurants, and management recruiter for The Portillo Restaurant Group.
