WEST REDDING, Conn. — Sandella's Flatbread Café has signed a deal slated to bring two units to Cary and Durham, N.C., the first of which is expected to open in June.
 
Sandella's has more than 130 locations and more than 400 restaurants in development across the United States and the United Arab Emirates.
 
Restaurants average 1,000-1,500 square feet and seat 30 to 40 guests.
