• Greenz launches cafe concept for Equinox fitness clubs

DALLAS — The salad concept Greenz has announced the debut of a new fitness cafe concept for Equinox fitness clubs.
 
Manhattan-based Equinox, operator of upscale, full-service fitness clubs and spas, has entered the Texas market with two locations in the Dallas . Both locations will feature Greenz new cafe concept, aptly titled Greenz food for fitness.
 
The menu will feature many of the same items found at the fast casual restaurant locations, said Casie Caldwell, CEO of Greenz Restaurants. However, fresh squeezed juices, smoothies, a full-service coffee bar and breakfast items have been added to the menu.
