NEW ORLEANS — WOW Café and Wingery has introduced three limited-time lunch items, the Mardi Gras Mambo Wrap, Shrimp Po'boy and Catfish Po'boy. The company also has rolled out several new lunch specials starting at $5.99 and on the menu nationwide beginning mid-January.
The Mambo Wrap is stuffed with chicken tenders and red beans, while the Shrimp and Catfish Po'boys are dressed with lettuce and mayo and are served on traditional French bread.
Featured on the new lunch menu are the Traditional Chicken Tenders and WOW Chicken Wings, made with fresh chicken and served with one of 17 signature sauces; the Monterey Salad with Grilled Chicken, which is topped with tomatoes, tortilla strips, Monterey Jack cheese and covered with a honey citrus vinaigrette and Thai peanut dressing. The Sonoma Wrap with Grilled Chicken is stuffed with lettuce, Monterey Jack cheese and ranch dressing.
WOW Café offers potential franchisees the option of a full-service, fast casual or QSR unit design. The full-service option offers seating for up to 120 guests with a full-service bar and wall-to-wall television screens. The fast casual design supports seating for 70 with the option of a full or limited-service bar and wall-to-wall television screens. The QSR design is standard for college campuses as well as mall locations.
