Steve Kishi named Super Mex CEO

LONG BEACH, Calif. — Super Mex Restaurants Inc. has appointed Steven Kishi as chief executive officer of Super Mex Restaurants Inc. and Super Mex Franchise Corp.

In his new role, Kishi will be responsible for providing strategic leadership for Super Mex by establishing long-range goals, plans, policies, strategies and marketing programs.

Kishi joined Super Mex's executive management team in 2006 as chief operating officer of Super Mex Franchise Corp. With more than 20 years of restaurant industry experience, Kishi was formerly the vice president of franchise development and international for CKE Restaurants. Under his direction, Super Mex developed a fast casual concept with the new prototype opening in Riverside, Calif.
