TULSA, Okla. — Beautiful Brands International has announced the signing of two franchise agreements for FreshBerry Frozen Yogurt Café. The agreements signify FreshBerry's entry into the New York City and Orlando, Fla., markets.
BBI entered into an agreement with Ricardo Barillas to develop two cafes in the Orlando area within two years. The agreement identifies Barillas' territories as the University of Central Florida area, the Sand Lake Road and Bay Hill areas, Winter Park, a suburb of downtown Orlando, and The Mall at Millenia area. The first Orlando-area location is slated to open by August 2009.
BBI also has signed an agreement with Hassan Ebraheim, a restaurant industry veteran and entrepreneur, to open the first FreshBerry Frozen Yogurt Caf̩ in New York City. The new store location will be in the 3rd Avenue and 26th Р27th Street area of Manhattan and will open in May 2009.
