CYPRESS, Calif. — Baja Fresh Mexican Grill has announce the projected grand opening of its newest location in New York City.

The new Baja Fresh will be located at 465 Lexington Ave., just three blocks from Grand Central Station. The planned 2,100-square-foot restaurant will be owned and operated by 8-year restaurant industry veteran, Neil Seth, of Be Fresh Inc.
