Einstein Bros. Bagels continues Las Vegas expansion

LAS VEGAS — Einstein Noah Restaurant Group Inc. announced that it opened its 10th Einstein Bros. Bagels restaurant in Las Vegas, as it continues to expand the concept.
The new restaurant features 2,700-square-feet and seats up to 60 guests. The menu ranges from signature sandwiches, fresh baked breads, home-style soups, tempting sweets, artisan roasted coffee and its award-winning bagels. This restaurant is one of several new Einstein Bros. locations planned to open across the nation in 2007.
"Einstein Noah Restaurant Group is in growth mode," said Paul Murphy, Einstein Noah chief executive officer. "This restaurant is another great addition for the company and will provide yet another comfortable neighborhood meeting place for even more guests."
